We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so please let us know if you find any kind of problem with our products or our service so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that technical specifications and designs may be upgraded so that there may be variation from the original samples. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it in new, saleable condition (i.e. in the original packaging, with your customer advice note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund the purchase price or send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used, unless you are returning them because they are faulty. In this case, or if you want to return them because they have become damaged in transit, please call us beforehand on 01584 891049 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
