We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so please let us know if you find any kind of problem with our products or our service so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that technical specifications and designs may be upgraded so that there may be variation from the original samples. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it in new, saleable condition (i.e. in the original packaging, with your customer advice note or a cover note with your name, address and contact number) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund the purchase price (minus the original delivery) or send you a replacement – no questions asked.
Orders cancelled will be refunded minus the payment handling fee. Please allow up to 10 working days for payment refund.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used, unless you are returning them because they are faulty.
